Yes! Smooth Moves offers full-service packing, partial packing, and unpacking options. We supply all materials and pack your belongings with premium care.
Can I pack my own items?
Absolutely. You can pack your items yourself or let us handle it. If you choose to DIY, we’re happy to recommend the best packing supplies and techniques to ensure everything’s secure.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Smooth Moves is fully licensed and insured for residential and commercial moves, so you can feel confident your belongings are protected.
What items can’t be moved?
For safety reasons, we cannot move hazardous materials like gasoline, aerosols, paint, propane tanks, fireworks, or flammable liquids. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just ask!
Do you move specialty items like pianos or safes?
Yes — our team is trained and equipped to handle pianos, heavy safes, fitness equipment, antiques, and delicate specialty items. Please mention these items when booking so we can plan properly.
How long will my move take?

How do you protect my furniture and home during the move?

Can I leave items in my dresser or furniture?
Light clothing in drawers is usually fine, but we recommend removing heavy or fragile items. For safety and structure protection, furniture may need to be emptied depending on weight and design.
