My wife Rhonda Dunn and I have used Joe and his team for all of our moves since we were referred to them some 5 years ago! And I can tell you that they were all ‘smooth’. The attention to detail as well as the carefulness for our possessions has been excellent. Joe has moved everything from large framed artwork, Rhonda’s mom’s crystal and a family heirloom hope chest, and including our baby grand piano. Our last move was from Florida to Pennsylvania. The move was right on schedule from day one to the final delivery day. We trust Joe completely! And when we move back to Florida, we will call Joe first!

Smooth Moves…….I LOVE LOVE LOVE this mover and as in everyone I refer I feel they are a direct extension of me…..and I say with a HUGE heart of Gratefulness that JOE McConville has made me PROUD that I use him. My buyer sold her house last Friday and was doing a closing immediately after on her new home she was buying….it was so JOYOUS…….but a day before the closing the buyer on the house she would be buying……decided not to sell. This was devastated as she was already PACKED in 2 HUGE moving trucks and in our parking lot closing on the sell of her house….and had no where to go. The Mover at the last moment found out she was not moving….and immediately called me and made plans to try to store her stuff and wait as long as he could with out stressing her with the uncertainty of her Stuff in MOVING trucks but to let her first deal with where she would sleep for the weekend. He ended up storing her stuff on his trucks for over a week…..and he had other jobs and just shuffled everything around to accommodate this very emotional situation. Joe even a few days after the non closing …..called the buyer to ask how she was doing….not to ask when she could get her stuff or give him direction …..but to JUST ASK HOW SHE WAS DOING??? WOW…..I love that he did not put the pressure on her….she really could not have handled much more……and Joe and I worked out details….but we are CLOSING one week after the NON CLOSING DRAMA….and Joe is not charging even for the days he stored her stuff…….Just for the MOVE…..he has such an amazing heart. IF you want the transaction from start to finish to be an extension of you…..I highly suggest you refer Joe McConville from Smooth Moves, he will not disappoint and really is just that KIND in every move as in this one….and I know because every one I refer him to….LOVES HIS work ethics and his kind spirit………..The buyer is still very emotional but she is singing his praises for his compassion and his true heart felt concern. We are not just buying and selling homes….we are dealing with peoples hearts….so I choose to move in Compassion….and this is the mover I will always recommend….I hope you do also.

We’ve made three cross-country moves, and countless local moves in various states. Cory, Palmer and Travis are the best crew we’ve ever dealt with.
